The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods online from VSLisburn and the Inspiration service.
VSL shall endeavour to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. VSL reserves the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
For all donated items, within a reasonable distance collection is free of charge. Items located further afield may incur a small collection charge to cover our costs, for details please call 028 9260 2479.
Delivery is charged depending on delivery address and the distance from our workshop, Lisburn. Please see below for a summary of charge in relation to post code. For delivery outside of Northern Ireland please contact our head office on +44 (0) 28 9260 2479.
Our usual time for delivery for the VSL range is 3-4 working days from the time of purchase, however in times of increased workflow this may be extended. In these times delivery is guaranteed within 7 working days.
Furniture ordered through the Inspiration service will have a 4-6 week creation time, due to the personalisation of the items.
VSL goods are restored second hand furniture and therefore by nature may contain imperfections. VSL will strive to ensure that any imperfections are disclosed to the customer prior to purchase. On purchase if an item is not as described, the customer must alert VSL within 14 days of purchase and a credit note shall be issued, to include any delivery costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights please see www.consumerdirect.gov.uk.
Items which are purchased online via vslisburn.com or inspirationfurniture.co.uk are refundable for up to 7 days from the point of purchase. Customers must notify VSL in writing (letter, fax or email). Delivery costs to be covered by the purchaser.
Exempt from this will be any furniture which is personalised to the customer's specifications. No refund will be offered on these items, unless they are found to be 'not as described'.

We will not be responsible for any loss (including profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when the contract for the goods was formed.
VSL reserves the right to make changes to our website, policies and our Terms and Conditions of purchase at any time. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Purchase in force at the time of your purchase, unless any change of these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
VSL will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause outside of our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
