VSL goods are restored second hand furniture and therefore by nature may contain imperfections. VSL will strive to ensure that any imperfections are disclosed to the customer prior to purchase. On purchase if an item is not as described, the customer must alert VSL within 14 days of purchase and a credit note shall be issued, to include any delivery costs. Items which are purchased online via vslisburn.com or inspirationfurniture.co.uk are refundable for up to 7 days from the point of purchase. Customers must notify VSL in writing (letter, fax or email). Delivery costs to be covered by the purchaser.
Exempt from this will be any furniture which is personalised to the customer's specifications. No refund will be offered on these items, unless they are found to be 'not as described'.
