Do you collect furniture from all across Northern Ireland?
Yes we do. Collection within the Lisburn area is free of charge; however areas further afield may incur a collection charge. Please call VSL on 028 9260 2479 for details of collection charges within your area.
Do you offer delivery outside of Northern Ireland?
We deliver to all of Northern Ireland. Delivery details can be found in our delivery section. We are also able to organise a courier service for delivery within Europe. The price of the courier shall depend on delivery location and the size/ weight of the furniture item you would like delivered. We shall endeavour to provide you with the highest quality courier service at the most affordable cost. For a courier quotation please contact VSL on 028 9260 2479.
Can I process my furniture order by phone?
Yes. Just make a note of the product code for the item of refurbished furniture you are interested in and call VSL on 028 9260 2479 and a member of staff will assist you with processing your order.
Are all the items of recycled furniture online available in store?
All items of refurbished furniture in our online store can also be purchased through either our Haslems Lane store or our Bachelors Walk premises. Please contact VSL on 028 9260 2479 for location details of a specific item.
What are your store opening hours?
Our Haslems Lane store is open Monday - Saturday, 9.30am - 4.30pm. VSL Group, including Inspiration Studio is open Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm.
I have a piece of furniture which I would like to update - can you help me with this?
Off course, this is all part of our Inspiration service. As part of the Inspiration service we will refurbish furniture to your personal specification and if you need a little inspiration, our in-house team are always on hand to provide some design ideas. Please call VSL on 028 9260 2479 to discuss what the Inspiration service can do for you.
I am looking for a particular piece of recycled furniture. Are you able to source this for me?
At VSL our stock is dependent on donations from the public. Therefore we cannot predict what we will have in store at any one time. However a huge variety of recycled furniture passes through our store each week and we also regularly attend auctions in the local area. We are always happy to keep an eye out for a certain piece and can alert you should this become available.
