Collection and Delivery
Collection
For all donated furniture, within a reasonable distance collection is free of charge. Items located further afield may incur a small collection charge to cover our costs, for details please call 028 9260 2479.
Delivery
Delivery is charged depending on delivery address and the distance from our workshop, Lisburn. For all online purchases please select the appropriate delivery charge (postcode dependant) from the drop down list below the product. Delivery price will automatically then be added to your total. Should delivery be required, it shall be charged as per the prices below. Please see below for a summary of charge in relation to post code. Our usual time for delivery for the VSL range is 3-4 working days from the time of purchase, however in times of increased workflow this may be extended. In these times delivery is guaranteed within 7 working days.
Furniture ordered through the Inspiration service will have a 4-6 week creation time, due to the personalisation of the items.
